Residential Maintenance Plan

• Clean and check (once a year): This includes washing condenser, clear and treat drain line, checking out system health.
• $265 for the first system, $125 for each additional system
• Periodic Maintenance (Biannual): This includes washing condenser, clear and treat drain line, checking out system health.

Price is PER visit.

• $225 for the first system, $110 for each additional system
• Tune up: This includes checking out health of the system. Focusing on electrical components.
• $150 for the first system, $90 for each additional system

Commercial maintenance plans are customized to each account/building due to the variety of construction.
